Be notified when selecting more than 1,000 records.
Pop-up notifications are displayed when you select more than 1,000 germplasm records. The printout tool on the toolbar is also disabled to let you know that only up to 1,000 germplasm records can be accommodated in a printout report as of now. Rest assured that this limit will be improved soon.
[ADMIN] Provide required and optional data relevant to a crop program when creating germplasm records.
Data managers and admins can download the germplasm template from the Germplasm tool’s Create tab when creating new germplasm, seed, and package records for the crop program/s they support. This CSV template file now contains the required data columns for a crop program and some helpful optional data columns.
The following actions can now be performed reliably in GM without issue:
- searching via the Input List, such that results are retrieved for germplasm names with “:B” at the end,
- searching for record/s by providing germplasm name/s on the text field,
- coding germplasm, such that validation fails when a user fails to provide required data,
- successfully merge germplasm records, and
- successfully create germplasm relation.
