HaploPanel is a next-generation, functionally haplotype-based genotyping platform developed for precision rice breeding at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI SA Hub, Hyderabad, India). Unlike conventional SNP arrays that rely on randomly distributed markers, every marker in HaploPanel is anchored to a functionally characterized and cloned rice gene. Genotyping is offered through Diversity Arrays Technology Pty Ltd (DArT P/L, Canberra, Australia) using the DArTag targeted genotyping platform. BLAST alignments were performed against the Oryza sativa Nipponbare reference genome (v7.0) to confirm locus specificity.

The LGC Flex-Seq Maize 5K SNP Panel is a high-quality, mid-density genotyping platform jointly developed by the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) to accelerate the routine implementation of genomics-assisted breeding in maize improvement programs worldwide.
EiB genotyping services
The initial set of finger millet mid-density panel was developed using 3,730 SNP markers validated on 470 diverse finger millet accessions including 182 African and 288 Asian lines. A total of 2,606 SNPs (69.9%) with robust performance were retained.
