⚠️Breeding Analytics Known Limitations

BA Known Limitations – October Overview highlights current system constraints affecting complex trial designs, large datasets, advanced filtering, and performance under heavy loads. These limitations help set clear expectations while ongoing improvements continue to enhance stability, scalability, and feature completeness across the platform.

  • Limited validation for complex or uncommon trial designs.

  • Large files or deeply layered designs may impact performance.

  • Genotype data retrieval may slow under heavy loads.

  • Advanced PDM filtering and multi-column sorting not yet available.

  • ARM tables may load slowly with large datasets.

  • Non-standard file formats may still require manual validation.

  • Not all Alpha Lattice and P-rep variations are fully supported.

  • Program column alignment across sources is still being finalized.
