Users can now:

  • Export complete trait and plot data with no missing fields.

  • Add occurrences to experiments without errors, improving trial continuity.

Experiment Creation (EC)

Experiment Creation (EC) updates deliver a stable, user-friendly setup by ensuring smooth experiment creation, accurate randomization, clear warnings, automatic plot calculations, and reliable uploads—enabling faster, more reliable trial preparation.

✅Stable Experiment Setup and Randomization

Users can now:

  • Create experiments without blockers or workflow interruptions.

  • Generate nurseries without duplicated F1 germplasm entries.

  • Apply randomization range rules correctly, with valid parsing and endpoint handling.

  • See warning messages clearly at the top of the interface when needed.

  • Rely on automatic Plot Area calculations when entering dimensions.

  • Upload randomization files for “Unspecified” designs without validation errors.

Cross Manager (CM)

Cross Manager (CM) updates improve configuration stability, delivering a smoother and more consistent workflow for managing crosses.

Data Collection (DC)

Data Collection (DC) updates improve stability and reliability by enabling smooth access, accurate uploads, consistent syncing, and dependable data and photo handling across FieldBook and EBS.

Users can now:

  • Access the DC landing page without timeouts, even as non-admin users.

  • Upload trait files without header-related failures (PLOT_ID/CROSS_ID fixed).

  • Import BrAPI files with correct plot mapping and accurate trait calculations.

  • Capture and upload PHOTO_TRAIT images reliably via FieldBook and EBS.

  • Export BrAPI data from FieldBook without observation mismatches.

  • View computed traits (e.g., ASI) correctly, with no hidden fields.

  • Sync remarks from FieldBook to EBS consistently.

  • Filter experiments correctly using the BrAPI Program Filter in FieldBook v6.3.

  • Upload photos from FieldBook without errors, ensuring smooth media handling.

Germplasm Manager (GM)

Germplasm Manager (GM) updates improve data reliability by enabling complete report downloads, accurate list creation, clear upload messages, and correct display of merged germplasm details—supporting more confident and efficient germplasm management.

  • Download printout reports with complete attribute details.

  • Create germplasm lists from search results accurately, even with large selections.

  • View clean and non-duplicated error messages when uploading germplasm files.

  • See correct “Other Names” after merging germplasm records.

Harvest Manager (HM)

Harvest Manager (HM) updates improve efficiency by enabling smooth, reliable bulk deletion of harvest records.
