Users can now specify the number of samples they need for selected planted plots. For example, users require two samples for plot 1, while five samples are needed for plots 3 and 4, and so on.
This is done by uploading the trait variable “Number of Samples to Collect” via the Data Collection tool for the selected plots. A list can then be created via Experiment Manager tool containing the relevant plots to be used for the genotyping request.
