Download the genotyping batch file for use in the CGIAR Service Portal.
Laboratory team members can now export the batch file for grouped genotyping requests to be submitted to the CGIAR Service Portal. The file can be downloaded from the BM main data browser. The file is in CSV format containing the required values for uploading to the Portal.
The CGIAR Service Portal is a system designed with Scriptoria to manage shared breeding support services such as genotyping analysis.
The following actions can now be performed reliably in BM without issue:
accessing the batch manager tool,
creating blank wells,
removing a file intended for upload, such that no changes are made in the status of the request until a valid file is successfully uploaded,
upload a DaRT report,
viewing the wells column for the CGIAR Service Portal file, and
generating and downloading the printout of the plate sample list for a batch.
