Submit analysis requests for occurrences whose designs were generated using the new design interface in CB-EC.

Experiment occurrences whose designs were generated using the new design interface of Core Breeding’s Experiment Creation (CB-EC) tool can now also be used to request for single occurrence analysis. The following designs are supported: Alpha Lattice, Partially Replicated, RCBD, and Augmented RCBD.

The data browser now features a new Source App column, which lets users know if a single-occurrence analysis request was submitted and processed in EBS or Bioflow.

When requesting for single-occurrence analyses, you can now see the occurrence design on the Experiments tab’s data browser to serve as additional reference. Simply expand an experiment to show the associated occurrences.

The following actions can now be performed reliably in ARM without issue:

1. viewing the design used by your occurrence on the data browser,

2. reanalyzing jobs for your request, such that it is not stuck in processing,

3. viewing error messages for canceled analysis requests sent to Bioflow, and

4. submitting single-occurrences analysis request for occurrences using row-column designs.
