User Manager (UM)

✅ Streamlined Institution Selection
The institution field now shows only active organizations from the approved list, making user setup simpler and more accurate.

✅ Clearer Zip Code Requirement
The zip code field now clearly shows when it’s required, helping users complete address details without confusion.

✅ Accurate CSV Data Exports
Exported files now include correct headers and column formats, ensuring cleaner and more reliable data outputs.

✅ Fixed User Account Visibility
All valid user accounts now display properly. Hidden or voided accounts are handled correctly, preventing errors during registration and account management.

Contact Relationship Manager (CRM)

✅ Easier Institution Creation
Users can now create new institutions without needing an official email, removing unnecessary steps and avoiding the use of temporary entries.

✅ Simplified Address Form
Location, Region, and Zip Code fields are now optional, and helpful tips appear when hovering over fields for clearer guidance when entering details.

✅ Improved Contact and Institution View
The CRM grid now displays, sorts, and filters institution and contact information more efficiently. Additional fields can be viewed or hidden as needed for better data management.

Printout Service (PS)

✅ Consistent Data Display
The Create and Edit pages now show information consistently with the database. The Name field can only be edited during template setup, ensuring data accuracy.

✅ New CRM Contact Export Template
A new export template allows users to easily download contact details with clear, organized columns. Export supports multiple pages and up to 100 records for smoother processing.

✅ Faster and More Stable Processing
System performance has been improved—connection issues and long delays in printout processing have been resolved for a smoother user experience.

✅ New Experiment Summary Report
A new Excel report lists key experiment details like crop, program, and status. It can be generated directly from the printout tool for easy sharing with partners and stakeholders.

Place Manager (PM)

✅ Enhanced Report Generation
Reports now include linked details like Fields and Planting Areas, providing a complete view and resolving previous limitations where these were missing from downloads.

Core System Platform (CSP)

✅ Improved Session Management
Users can now safely work across multiple browser windows without session conflicts, enhancing workflow continuity.

✅ First Load Error Fixed
The initial login error has been resolved, allowing the portal to load smoothly for all users.

✅ Navigation Loop Resolved
The infinite loop issue in the demo environment is fixed, ensuring users can navigate back to the home page without interruptions.

✅ Updated Permission Codes
Permission codes for ARM and PDM have been refined to ensure correct access, with adjustments made for accuracy and consistency.
