Upload and store time-series data.

As part of supporting other data collection tools and methods in EBS, users can now store time-series data in EBS. This includes uploading time-series traits such as Plant Biovolume Heterogeneity, Greenness (green/red) Heterogeneity, and even latitude and longitude data.

A prescribed template can be downloaded from the Experiment Manager (EM) tool for occurrences with a mapped or planted status. Once the file upload is successfully validated and committed, the occurrence will also display the TIME SERIES COLLECTED status in EM.

Users who wish to view the time-series data can download it from the same upload transaction in DC.

The following actions can now be performed reliably in DC without issue:

  1. displaying parent entry codes for crosses,

  2. syncing of observations (excluding computed traits) from EBS to Field Book app,

  3. setting up the Post Harvest tool configurations,

  4. downloading files from a transaction such that no duplicate plots are present,

  5. calculating traits and displaying the correct transaction status afterwards,

  6. viewing the minimum and maximum values of a trait when using the Field Bok App (fixed in versions 6.2.3 and later),

  7. filtering by program on the Field Bok App (fixed in versions 6.2.3 and later), and

  8. viewing the correctly spelled column names for female and male entry codes in the Quality Control page.
