Resolved issue where RData was not recognized in Bioflow Production after user sign-up.
Ensured proper recognition of RData exported from EBS to Bioflow.

Reliable QC/QA Data Results
Inconsistencies between the View QC/QA Data and Parental Purity tools have been resolved. Parental purity results now display correctly based on the germplasm list you select, ensuring aligned and dependable outputs.
Enhanced Data Export for F1 Verification
A new export option has been added to simplify downloading F1 Verification results. The exported files now fully match what you see on-screen, providing a seamless and accurate data experience. (A minor issue identified during export will be addressed in the next sprint.)
Updated Parental Purity Endpoint
The Parental Purity function now supports version 2 testing, offering clearer match percentage and purity threshold information. While version 1 remains available for backward compatibility, users are encouraged to switch to the new version for improved results.
Germplasm Lists for Workflow Testing
Germplasm lists have been refined to better support F1 Verification, Parental Purity, and QTL Profiling workflows. This ensures all necessary genotype data are accessible for smoother testing and validation.

Experiment Deletion Bug Fixed
The system now correctly processes deletions, ensuring that users receive accurate status updates and no longer encounter failed attempts despite “success” messages. API handling has also been improved to prevent undefined status errors during deletion.
Old UI Design Removed
The outdated experiment creation interface has been fully retired. Users can now only create or copy experiments through the updated, more reliable design, ensuring consistency and better performance across all workflows.
OFT Trial Randomization Restored
Addressed an issue where missing design options prevented the randomization of OFT trials. Users can now generate randomizations smoothly at the OFT stage without interruptions.

✅ Bulk and Occurrence-Level Data Downloads Restored
Resolved issues that blocked bulk experiment downloads and caused delays or 504 errors when downloading metadata and plot data. Data exports now run smoothly and reliably.
✅ Admin Access to Shared Experiments Restored
Fixed an issue preventing admin users from viewing experiments shared with specific programs. Shared occurrences are now visible as intended, ensuring proper access control.
✅ Trait Protocol Updates Reflected in Data Files
Updated trait protocols now appear correctly in data collection files. The “Selected Traits” section accurately reflects the latest protocol changes.
✅ Entry Tab Access and Permissions Fixed
Resolved permission issues where the EDIT button appeared active without authorization. Non-admin users can now access the Entry tab properly according to their role permissions.
✅ Genotyping Service Manager Stability Improved
Addressed system workload issues that previously blocked new batch creation. Batch names now display correctly, and related processes operate more consistently and efficiently.

The CRM grid now displays, sorts, and filters institution and contact information more efficiently. Additional fields can be viewed or hidden as needed for better data management.

System performance has been improved—connection issues and long delays in printout processing have been resolved for a smoother user experience.

A new Excel report lists key experiment details like crop, program, and status. It can be generated directly from the printout tool for easy sharing with partners and stakeholders.

- Corrected an issue where cross methods were not displayed for crops like soybean and cowpea.
- Restored proper options in Cross Manager.
- Fixed a critical bug preventing multiple experiment occurrences from generating.
- All occurrences now appear correctly during trial setup.
