Analysis Request Manager (ARM)

Analysis Request Manager (ARM) updates ensure reliable submissions, smooth navigation, stable data views, and faster genotype retrieval.

Smoother SOA Results Table Interaction

Residuals table no longer refresh unexpectedly, “Go to page” works properly, and scrolling issues have been resolved.

✅ Analysis Requests Now Submit Correctly (Long Names Supported)

Users can now submit analysis requests even with long experiment or occurrence names, with validation fixed across EBS and Bioflow.

✅Automatic Redirect After Single-Occurrence Analysis (SOA) Submission Restored

  • After submitting a SOA request, users are now properly redirected back to the ARM Main Data Browser as expected.

  • Cancel actions across Single-Occurrence Analysis (SOA), Multi-Occurrence Analysis (MOA), and Time Series also work consistently.

✅Improved Handling of Long Experiment or Occurrence Names

The system fully supports long experiment names or occurrence names during randomization and analysis request creation.

✅Time-Series Export Now Works

Users can now download Time-Series Analysis results without failures or missing export files.

✅Improved Genotype Retrieval via New POST Endpoints

Genotype searches are now faster, more accurate, and more stable across QC/QA, Parental Purity, and F1 Verification workflows.
