Previously, this feature was reserved for EBS admins and other permitted users. This improvement enables regular users to revise the germplasm state of specified records. It requires a pre-saved germplasm list, which will be the basis of the records to be updated. As such, users should download from the Template from List option.
Viewing the validated records will also be improved in the coming releases. To ensure that upload transactions will be completed successfully, delete any unused column headers before uploading.

In EBS, the germplasm relation allows you to link child germplasm to its parents. The order number also lets users specify which parent is female and male, indicated by 1 and 2, respectively.
Previously, this feature was reserved for EBS admins and other permitted users. This improvement enables regular users to update germplasm relation in the Update tab by uploading the filled-out template.
Viewing the validated records will also be improved in the coming releases. For now, users need to add a column for the Germplasm Code, which just has the same content with the Child Designation column.
