View MTA and RSHT values of updated seed and package records.

After a successful upload transaction in the Update tab, users can now see the Materials Transfer Agreement Status (MTA_STATUS) and Routine Seed Health Testing Number (RSHT_NO) on the upload summary page and the attributes modal window.

Bug fix

Reflecting the updated MTA Status and RSHT values after a successful upload transaction can now be expected in IM without issue.
