Request Manager (RM)

Batch Manager (BM)

✅ Easier File Re-Uploads
Users can now replace failed uploads by re-uploading corrected files with the same name, making error recovery faster and simpler.

✅ Smooth Batch Creation
The issue that blocked batch creation when selecting plate sizes has been fixed, ensuring a smoother setup process.

✅ Reliable Vendor File Uploads
Errors when uploading vendor result files have been resolved, allowing files to be uploaded successfully without interruptions.

Workflow Engine (WE)

✅ Updated Phytosanitary Certification Forms
Missing and incorrect details in the certification form have been fixed. The “Shipment Outgoing IRRI” form no longer includes the import permit field for smoother processing.

✅ Faster Bulk Deletions in Shipment Requests
The system now handles bulk deletions more quickly and efficiently, improving overall performance.

✅ Improved Access and Templates for Legal Documents
Only authorized SHU users can now create and download SMTA_MLS documents. The template has been updated for accuracy and is available until the process is completed.

✅ Clearer Dropdown Options for Shipments
Recipient, sender, and requestor fields now include updated options for easier and more accurate selection.

✅ Better Document Handling
Users can now specify file types when attaching documents, making uploads clearer and more organized.

EBS Gigwa
